Your money moves with you. Your records should, too.
Check in on your iPhone, plan on your iPad, and explore the details on your Mac. iCloud sync keeps your MoneyWiz data across your Apple devices. Share a whole database with someone you trust, so you can both view and edit the same records.
In everyday life
A clearer conversation about shared plans.
Two people planning household expenses can work from a shared database instead of comparing separate notes. Decide together what belongs there, then use your own devices to keep the picture up to date.

Common questions
Can I share a MoneyWiz database?
Yes. Premium includes the ability to start sharing, and both people need iCloud Sync. A database invitation does not share a subscription.
What can the other person see and change?
Everyone invited has full, equal access to view and edit the selected database. Its settings, PIN and access to connected bank accounts are shared too. Read the in-app sharing notice and share only with someone you trust.
Is every feature the same for each sync option?
Sync and sharing capabilities depend on the option you use. Check the app and support guidance for your existing setup before changing it.
